We would urge fans to create an account with Ticketmaster ahead of time as the websites will be very busy during the official on sale.

The general public sale will take place Tuesday, October 15th at 10AM for Melbourne and 12PM for Sydney (all times are local).

Ticket sales are limited to four per household, per show – enabling fans to attend multiple performances. Please do not purchase beyond these limits. All ticketing data will be forensically examined, and any purchases found to be made unlawfully or in violation of the terms and conditions will be cancelled.

Please only purchase tickets from Ticketmaster. Any tickets listed on unauthorised resale sites may not be genuine and, in line with the terms and conditions, promoters will be cancelling any tickets found listed.

When is the general sale?

How many tickets can I buy?

Ticket sales are limited to 4 per household, per show. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.

How can I book accessible tickets?

Accessible tickets (including Companion Cards) can be purchased by calling the Ticketmaster Customer Service team on the Accessible Bookings line Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm AEST: 1300 446 925. This phone number is reserved for patrons with accessibility requirements and companion cardholders and cannot process any other ticketing requests.

Accessible tickets, both during presales and the general public sale period, can also be requested via Submit a request – Ticketmaster Help. Please be sure to include your relevant presale code, plus the email you registered with in your request if wanting to make a booking during the presale period.

Venues are solely responsible for establishing their own accessible seating ticket policies. Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary by venue.

How do I resell my ticket if I can no longer attend?

Fans who have purchased tickets and can no longer attend the shows are able to resell their tickets via Twickets or Ticketmaster. We urge fans to only use these official resale platforms. Any tickets listed on unauthorised resale sites may not be genuine and, in line with the terms and conditions, promoters will cancel any tickets found listed.

What is the age restriction for the shows?

Both shows are licensed all ages events. Access to General Admission areas in the Stadiums is recommended for patrons aged 15 years and over.

Is there anything I can do to increase my chances of securing a ticket?

We would urge fans to create an account with the official ticket agents ahead of time as the websites will be very busy during the official on sale.

Will there be VIP/Hospitality packages?

All ticket types will be live on the booking pages when they go on sale.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket sales are limited to 4 per household, per show.  Ticketmaster and the Event Organiser do not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unauthorised third party resellers or resale sites. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission for invalid tickets or tickets purchased in breach of these terms.

2. Ticket resale is permitted at no more than 110% of the price you paid for your tickets. Please only use the official resale partners https://www.twickets.live and Ticketmaster. Selling tickets through unauthorised resale platforms for amounts that exceed 110% of the price you paid for your tickets will breach these T&Cs and those tickets may be cancelled, and doing so may breach legal requirements in some States of Australia.

3. A ticket is a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the Event Organisers. Tickets must be surrendered to the Event Organisers upon request.  

4. This ticket is sold on behalf of the Event Organisers to the Consumer. 

5. All ticket sales data will be manually forensically examined and any use of bots, multiple identities, false identities, or other fraudulent means of acquiring tickets may be reported to Fair Trading and law enforcement bodies in Australia, and any such tickets may be cancelled.
