How will I receive my order?
You will be emailed a dispatch note and then should receive your product within 2-3 working days in the UK by recorded delivery. Please note: recorded delivery requires a signature on receipt. As per the couriers terms an item is not classed as lost until 15 working days from dispatch in the UK and 20 working days from dispatch outside of the UK.
Who are QED Commerce?
OASIS payments will be handled by Digitalstores.
Is shopping on the Internet safe?
Communication between you and us is encrypted using the SSL mechanism built into your browser. This ensures that even if someone were able to monitor the traffic between you and the Digitalstores server, they would not be able to read it. Encryption is used on all pages within the Digitalstores system, making Internet shopping as safe as possible.
Cancellation Of Order
If you no longer require your order please contact customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org and they will endeavour to help. Please note that if the item has already reached the picking process then we may not be able to cancel the order at this stage.
Can I exchange or receive a refund on my product?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Our returns centre will be happy to process an exchange for you, so if there is another item or size that you would prefer over the one you have already received, please include written details with the item you return. If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item.

Refunds or exchanges will NOT be given on jewellery items such as necklaces and earrings if they have been worn or are not in a resalable condition. Refunds or exchanges WILL be given if these items are faulty.
Please DO NOT return anything to us until you have contacted us at email@example.com and RECEIVED A RESPONSE.
Any returns should include a note of your name, order number and a brief explanation of your reason for returning the items. For your protection please ask the Post Office for a 'proof of postage receipt' when sending your items back to us. This proves you have sent the package back to us should the package get lost in transit. You will not be charged for this. Please note the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will be unable to refund or resend your order with out a proof or postage receipt.

Sizes for each item may vary, but (unless stated otherwise in the product description) sizes are approximately as follows:
Small = 36" chest
Medium = 38"-40" chest
Large = 42"-44" chest
Girls: Small = size 8-10
Medium = size 10-12
Large = size 12-14
